Do you support IPv4 and IPv6?
Yes, our entire DNS cluster is enabled for IPv4 and IPv6.
How many DNS servers are included?
4 servers.
Are queries billed?
No, queries to your DNS zones are unlimited.
How many records can I create per zone?
1000, but if you need more you can contact support so we can review your case.
How many datacenters is the service distributed across?
4 datacenters: 2 in Chile (HND-ZGH and GTD) and 2 abroad (Miami and Brazil).
How are records for each zone managed?
You can manage them through our client area.
Is there an API to interact with the zones?
Yes, we support an HTTP REST API.
Do you support forward and reverse zones?
Yes, we support forward zones (domains) and reverse zones (ARPA).
Can I synchronize my own DNS server with yours?
No, we currently do not accept zone transfers from any external origin, for security and zone integrity reasons.
How long does service activation take?
If payment is via Getnet, Transbank, or PayPal, it is validated automatically and the service is activated within about 10 minutes.
If payment is via bank transfer, it must be validated manually during business hours; once validated, the service is activated.
What payment methods do you accept?
Chile residents: bank transfer with Banco Santander and Banco Itaú (within 24 business hours) and debit or credit cards via Getnet, Transbank Webpay, and PayPal (immediate). International payments: PayPal and Getnet (immediate); the amount in Chilean pesos is converted automatically to US dollars at the exchange rate in effect at the time of payment.

We issue a receipt or invoice, according to what you selected at registration, for all services.
