Yearly subscription and certificate validity
- 1-year subscription: the service is ordered for a period of 1 year (365 days), regardless of how many issuances you need within that year.
- Maximum duration per certificate: each issuance has a cap of 199 days(certificate authority limit).
- Early renewal: you can issue a new certificate before reaching 199 days. The validity of the new certificate is added to whatever remains of the previous one, so together you reach the coverage of the contracted year (365 days in total).
Example: if you issue a certificate and, before 199 days, request another, the second one will complete the days remaining to close the subscription year.

How many domains does the certificate cover?
If you order a certificate for a single name, it includes the base domain (domain.tld) and www (www.domain.tld). The base domain is always included.
If you order a wildcard certificate, it includes all subdomains at the same level, for example *.domain.tld and the base domain (domain.tld). The position of the «.» indicates the level: *.things.domain.tld is a different level from *.domain.tld.
How long does certificate issuance take?
Once domain verification is complete, the certificate is issued within 5 to 20 minutes.
Which verification methods can be used?
The available verification methods are:
- DNS: You must create a DNS record that will be provided for validation.
- EMAIL: An email will be sent with a link so you can verify that you own the domain.
- HTTP and HTTPS: You must upload a file with specific content to a path that will be provided for verification.
On how many servers can I use the certificate?
On as many servers as you want. The certificate only validates the signed domain, not how many servers it has been installed on.

In what format is the certificate delivered?
